中医药调节阴道局部免疫治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的研究进展

A review on treating vulvovaginal candidiasis by regulating vaginal local immunity with TCM medicine

外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(Vulvovaginal Candidiasis,VVC)的防御机制是长期以来的研究热点,阴道局部免疫在其中发挥重要作用。中医药治疗VVC疗效肯定,可通过修复阴道黏膜,下调模式识别受体(Pattern Recognition Receptor,PRR)的表达,调节细胞免疫,影响细胞因子、防御素分泌等方面对阴道局部免疫进行调节。文章就阴道局部免疫机制及中医药通过这一机制治疗VVC的有关研究进行论述。

The defense mechanism of vulvovaginal candidiasis have been a hot topic,in which vaginal local immunity would play an important role.TCM medicine has a positive effect on VVC,which can regulate vaginal local immunity by repairing vaginal epithelial cells,down-regulating the expression of pattern recognition receptor,regulating the cellular immunity,influencing the secretion of cytokines and defensins and so on.In this paper,the local immune mechanism of vagina and the related research on the treatment of VVC in TCM medicine through this mechanism were discussed.
