股骨头坏死愈胶囊治疗早期股骨头坏死临床疗效的Meta分析

A meta-analysis of the effects of the Gugutou Huaisiyu capsules on osteonecrosis of femoral head in early stage

目的:探讨分析股骨头坏死愈胶囊在治疗早期股骨头坏死过程中的疗效,对相关文献进行检索并进行Meta分析。方法:计算机检索国内外数据库,收集已公开发表的股骨头坏死愈胶囊治疗早期股骨头坏死的相关临床随机对照实验。纳入文献质量评估采用Cochrane系统评价进行质量评价和数据提取,使用RevMan 5.0软件进行Meta分析。结果:符合纳入标准的文献有7篇,6篇文献报道了治疗有效率,结果显示治疗组优于对照组。4篇文献进行髋关节Harris评分计量资料分析,提示治疗组的髋关节功能优于对照组。2篇文献进行了影像学改善率的研究并得出结果,提示治疗组影像学改善率高于对照组。结论:治疗组股骨头坏死愈胶囊对早期股骨头坏死的疗效优于对照组,但是由于纳入文献的质量不高,存在一定的局限性,以上结论需要更高质量的临床实验进一步验证。

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of the Gugutou Huaisiyu capsules(股骨头坏死愈胶囊)on ONFH in early stage,retrieve related literature,and give a meta analysis.Methods:Domestic and foreign databases were searched by computer,and the published clinical randomized controlled trials of treating ONFH in early stage with the Gugutou Huaisiyu capsules were collected.The Cochrane system was used for quality evaluation and data extraction of the included literature,and the RevMan 5.0 software was used for a metaanalysis.Results:7 papers met the inclusion criteria,and 6 papers reported clinical efficacy.The results showed that clinical efficacy in the treatment group was better than the control group.4 papers analyzed the measurement data of the Harris score of the hip joint,suggesting that the hip joint function in the treatment group was better than the control group.2 papers conducted a study on the imaging improvement,and the results indicated that the imaging improvement in the treatment group was higher than the control group.Conclusion:The effects of the Gugutou Huaisiyu capsules on ONFH in early stage was better in the treatment group.However,the above conclusions need to be verified by higher-quality clinical trials.
