Th17细胞及IL-17在急性肾损伤中作用的研究进展

Research advances in functional roles of Th17 and IL-17 in acute kidney injury

急性肾损伤是以肾功能快速下降为主要临床表现的综合征。浸润的免疫细胞及其分泌的炎症因子是影响急性肾损伤进展以及转归的关键因素。辅助性T细胞17(T helper cell 17,Th17)及其分泌的炎症因子白细胞介素-17(interleukin-17,IL-17)参与免疫调节和黏膜防御,在自身免疫性疾病中也发挥重要作用。近年来研究发现,Th17细胞及其分泌的IL-17不仅影响急性肾损伤肾脏受损程度,还影响肾脏损伤后的恢复。因此,本文将Th17细胞及IL-17在急性肾损伤中作用的研究进展进行总结,并为干预Th17细胞及IL-17的策略应用于急性肾损伤的治疗提供参考。

Acute kidney injury(AKI)is a clinical syndrome characterized by a rapid decline of renal function.Renal infiltrated immune cells and releases of inflammatory cytokines are key factors affecting the progression and outcome of AKI.Th17 cells and its inflammatory factors such as IL-17 are involved in immune regulation and mucosal defense and play key roles in autoimmune diseases.Recent studies have shown that Th17 cells and IL-17 not only affected the degree of kidney injury,but also modulated the recovery after AKI.This review summarized the latest research advances in the functional role of Th17 and IL-17 in AKI and discussed the therapeutic strategy by targeting Th17 cells and IL-17 in the treatment of AKI.
