摘要
由于城市化的不断推进,建筑废料急剧增加,废弃混凝土的回收与利用已成为全世界关注的一个重要问题。此外,日益增长的全球建筑需求,敦促寻找可持续资源,以取代生产混凝土的天然材料。在过去的几十年中,人们对利用建筑和拆除废物生产可再次利用的混凝土产品进行了研究,并取得众多的成果。本文综述了国内外再生混凝土的最新研究情况,系统地分析了再生混凝土的制备方法、工作性、力学性能、收缩性以及耐久性五个方面的研究进展情况和目前存在的问题。结果表明:已有研究体系中应加强实验室的研究成果向实际工程应用的转化研究,同时在实际工程与制定再生骨料标准时,优先考虑含水量和孔隙率的影响因素。
Due to the continuous advancement of urbanization and the rapid increase of construction waste,the recycling and utilization of waste concrete has become an important issue of concern worldwide.In addition,the growing global construction demand urges the search for sustainable resources to replace the natural materials used to produce concrete.In the past few decades,people have conducted research on the use of construction and demolition waste to produce reusable concrete products,and many results have been achieved.This article reviews the latest research on recycled concrete at home and abroad,systematically analyzes the research progress and existing problems in five aspects of recycled concrete preparation methods,workability,mechanical properties,shrinkage and durability.The results show that in the existing research system,the transformation of laboratory research results into practical engineering applications should be strengthened.At the same time,in the actual engineering and the formulation of recycled aggregate standards,priority should be given to the influence factors of water content and porosity.
