摘要
选取健康新生荷斯坦母犊80头,随机分为试验组和对照组(40头/组),试验组给予黄芪多糖5 g、银黄3 g,连用7天,对照组不给药。第7天时测定免疫指标并观察3周内母犊腹泻、肺炎发病情况。结果表明,相比于对照组,试验组犊牛血清白细胞介素2(IL-2)浓度提高8.4%、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)浓度降低13.7%;T细胞淋巴亚群分布改善,CD4/CD8值提高6.6%;试验组犊牛血清总蛋白(TP)、IgG浓度较对照组分别提高0.28 g/dL和0.24 mg/mL。犊牛疾病低风险牧场,用药7天内试验组犊牛腹泻发生率显著降低15.0%(P<0.05);犊牛疾病高发牧场,8~21天试验组犊牛发病率显著降低35.0%(P<0.05),肺炎发病率显著降低30.0%(P<0.05)。说明黄芪多糖、银黄联用可有效提高新生犊牛免疫力,降低腹泻及肺炎发生率。
To determine the effects of astragalus polysaccharide(APS)combined with Yinhuang soluble powder on immunity and diseases of neonatal calves,80 neonatal Holstein calves in good health were divided into 2 groups randomly(N=40).The calves in the experimental group were fed with 5 g APS powder and 3 g Yinhuang soluble powder for 7 consecutive days,while the control group was not given any medication.The immunerelated indicators were measured at the 7th day and the incidence was observed within 3 weeks.Compared with control group,serum IL-2 concentration of calves in experimental groups increased 8.0%and TNF-αconcentration decreased 16.0%.The distribution of T cell lymphocyte subsets improved,and the CD4/CD8 value increased 6.0%.Serum total protein and IgG increased 0.28 g/dL and 0.24 mg/mL respectively.Incidence rate of calf diarrhea was significantly reduced 15.0%(P<0.05)in low-risk farm within 7 days and 35.0%(P<0.05)in high-risk farm within 8~21 d.For respiratory diseases,incidence and disease index were significantly reduced 30.0%(P<0.05)in high-risk farm.APS combined with Yinhuang soluble powder can effectively improve the immunity of neonatal calves and reduce the incidence of respiratory diseases and diarrhea.
