摘要
目的:分析用丁苯酞氯化钠注射液对发病24 h内的急性脑梗死患者进行治疗对其神经功能及脑血管储备功能的影响。方法:选取68例发病至入院时间未超过24 h的急性脑梗死患者作为研究对象。按照治疗方案的不同将其分为对照组和观察组。对两组患者均进行常规治疗,在此基础上加用丁苯酞氯化钠注射液对观察组患者进行治疗,然后比较两组患者的各项临床指标。结果:治疗后,观察组患者血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)的水平均高于对照组患者,其血清丙二醛(MDA)和氧化型低密度脂蛋白(OX-LDL)的水平均低于对照组患者,其右大脑中动脉、左大脑中动脉和基底动脉的平均血流速度均快于对照组患者,P<0.05。治疗后,观察组患者的脑血管储备功能(CVR)和脑动脉平均血流量的增加值均高于对照组患者,其脑动脉的血流灌注指数(PI)、搏动指数和美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)的评分均低于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:对发病24 h内的急性脑梗死患者在进行常规治疗的基础上,加用丁苯酞氯化钠注射液对其进行治疗能显著减轻其神经功能损伤,改善其脑血管的储备功能及血清氧化应激因子的水平。
Objective:To analyze the effects of butylphthalide sodium chloride injection on neurological function and cerebrovascular reserve in patients with acute cerebral infarction within 24 h of onset.Methods:68 patients with acute cerebral infarction from onset to admission less than 24 h were selected as subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment plan.On the basis of routine treatment for both groups of patients,butylphthalide sodium chloride injection was added to the observation group for treatment,and then the clinical indicators of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:After treatment,the serum levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the serum levels of malondialdehyde(MDA)and oxidized lowdensity lipoprotein(OX-LDL)in observation group were lower than those in control group.The mean blood flow velocity of right middle cerebral artery,left middle cerebral artery and basilar artery was faster than that of control group,P<0.05.After treatment,the cerebrovascular reserve function(CVR)and the increment of mean cerebral artery blood flow in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the cerebral artery blood perfusion index(PI),pulse index and national Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:On the basis of conventional treatment,butylphthalide sodium chloride injection can significantly reduce the nerve function injury,improve the cerebrovascular reserve function and the level of serum oxidative stress factors in patients with acute cerebral infarction within 24 h of onset.
