苏子降气汤加减治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的效果观察

Effect of Suzi Jiangqi Decoction on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的:观察用苏子降气汤加减治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(慢阻肺)的效果。方法:选取2019年2月至2020年12月吴起县妇幼保健院内科接诊的114例慢阻肺患者为研究对象。按照随机数表法将其分为参照组和研究组。对参照组患者进行常规的西医治疗,在此基础上为研究组患者采用苏子降气汤加减进行治疗,然后比较两组患者的第1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)和中医症状积分。结果:1)治疗后,研究组患者的FEV1、FVC均高于参照组患者,P<0.05。2)治疗后,研究组患者的各项中医症状积分均低于参照组患者,P<0.05。结论:用苏子降气汤加减治疗慢阻肺可有效地缓解患者的临床症状,提高其肺功能,改善其预后。

Objective:To observe the effect of suzi Jiangqi Decoction on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:A total of 114 patients with copd treated in the department of Internal Medicine of Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Wuqi County from February 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into reference group and study group.Patients in the reference group were treated with conventional Western medicine,and patients in the study group were treated with Suzi Jiangqi Decoction,and then the forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC)and TCM symptom scores of the two groups were compared.Results:1)After treatment,FEV1 and FVC in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,P<0.05.2)After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Suzi Jiangqi Decoction can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms,improve the lung function and improve the prognosis of patients with COPD.
