智能脉冲枪联合热敏灸疗法治疗颈型颈椎病的效果观察

Effect of intelligent pulse gun combined with heat sensitive moxibustion therapy on cervical spondylosis

目的:探讨使用智能脉冲枪联合热敏灸疗法治疗颈型颈椎病的效果。方法:选取2018年10月至2020年9月期间某医院收治的66例颈型颈椎病患者作为研究对象。随机将这些患者分为脉冲枪组、艾灸组及联合组。对脉冲枪组患者使用智能脉冲枪进行治疗,对艾灸组患者使用热敏灸疗法进行治疗,为联合组患者使用智能脉冲枪联合热敏灸疗法进行治疗。然后观察三组患者田中靖久颈椎病症状评分表的评分及颈部疼痛的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果:治疗后,联合组患者田中靖久颈椎病症状评分表的评分高于艾灸组患者及脉冲枪组患者,P<0.05。治疗后,三组患者颈部疼痛的VAS评分相比,P>0.05。结论:单用或联用智能脉冲枪和热敏灸疗法治疗颈型颈椎病均可有效地缓解患者的临床症状,减轻其颈部疼痛的程度。与单用智能脉冲枪或热敏灸疗法相比,联用智能脉冲枪和热敏灸疗法治疗颈型颈椎病在改善患者临床症状方面的效果更好。

Objective:To investigate the effect of intelligent pulse gun combined with heat sensitive moxibustion therapy on cervical spondylosis.Methods:Sixty-six patients with cervical spondylosis treated in a hospital from October 2018 to September 2020 were selected as the study subjects.These patients were randomly divided into pulse gun group,moxibustion group and combined group.Patients in the pulse gun group were treated with intelligent pulse gun,patients in the moxibustion group were treated with heat-sensitive moxibustion therapy,and patients in the combined group were treated with intelligent pulse gun combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion therapy.Then,the score of Yasuhisa Tanaka's cervical spondylosis symptom Scale and the visual analogue scale(VAS)score of neck pain were observed.Results:After treatment,the score of the combined group was higher than that of the moxibustion group and the pulse gun group,P<0.05.After treatment,VAS scores of neck pain in three groups were compared,P>0.05.Conclusion:Single or combined with intelligent pulse gun and heat sensitive moxibustion therapy for the treatment of cervical spondylosis can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and the degree of neck pain.Compared with intelligent pulse gun or heat sensitive moxibustion therapy alone,the combination of intelligent pulse gun and heat sensitive moxibustion therapy in the treatment of cervical spondylosis has a better effect on improving clinical symptoms.
