麒麟丸在薄型子宫内膜不孕症患者内膜准备中的作用研究

Study on the effect of Qilin pills in the preparation of the endometrium of patients with thin endometrial infertility

目的分析麒麟丸在薄型子宫内膜不孕症患者内膜准备中的疗效。方法选取2018年4月至2020年4月于本院就诊的70例薄型子宫内膜不孕患者(肾虚血淤型)作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组35例。对照组给予补佳乐治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合麒麟丸治疗,比较两组子宫内膜变化情况及妊娠率。结果治疗前,两组排卵日子宫内膜厚度、内膜分型比较差异无统计学意义。治疗后,两组子宫内膜厚度均高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组A型率高于治疗前,B型率低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组A型率及B型率与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义,两组A型率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床妊娠率为31.42%,高于对照组的17.14%,但差异无统计学意义。结论补佳乐联合麒麟丸在薄型子宫内膜不孕症患者内膜准备中效果显著,麒麟丸作为中医药方,对改善薄型子宫内膜不孕症患者的子宫内膜容受性及提高妊娠率起积极作用,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the curative effect of Qilin pills in the preparation of the endometrium of patients with thin endometrial infertility. Methods 70 patients with thin endometrial infertility(kidney deficiency and blood stasis type) who were treated in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2020 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Bujiale, and the observation group was treated with Qilin pills on the basis of the control group. The changes of the endometrium and pregnancy rate between the two groups were compared. Results Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in the endometrial thickness and endometrial classification between the two groups on the day of ovulation. After treatment, the endometrial thickness of the two groups was higher than that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the rate of type A in the observation group was higher than that before treatment, and the rate of type B was lower than before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the rate of type A and type B in the control group compared with before treatment, there was statistically significant difference in the rate of type A between the two groups(P<0.05). The clinical pregnancy rate in the observation group was 31.42%, which was higher than 17.14% in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion Bujiale combined with Qilin pill has remarkable effect in endometrial preparation of patients with thin endometrium infertility. Qilin pill as Traditional Chinese Medicine prescription plays positive role in improving endometrial receptivity and pregnancy rate of patients with thin endometrium infertility, which is worthy of clinical application.
