摘要
目的探究婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎应用乳糖酶、消旋卡多曲颗粒、小儿氨基酸联合治疗的临床疗效。方法选取2017年4月至2020年9月本院收治的120例轮状病毒肠炎患儿作为研究对象,按照随机表法分为对照组与实验组,每组60例。对照组采用消旋卡多曲颗联合小儿氨基酸治疗,实验组在对照组基础上联合乳糖酶治疗。比较两组临床疗效、大便频率和性状恢复正常时间、临床症状消失时间、轮状病毒转阴率、不良反应发生率。结果实验组治疗总有效率为96.67%,明显高于对照组的85.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后3、5、7 d,实验组轮状病毒转阴率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组大便频率和性状恢复正常时间、呕吐消失时间、脱水纠正、退热时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论乳糖酶、消旋卡多曲颗粒、小儿氨基酸联合治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎效果显著,且具有较高的安全性,可快速改善临床症状,利于患者预后。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of lactase combined with racecadotril granule and pediatric amino acid in the treatment of infant rotavirus enteritis. Methods 120 children with infant rotavirus enteritis admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to September 2020 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into control group and experimental group according to random table method, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with racecadotril granule combined with pediatric amino acid, and the experimental group was treated with lactase on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, the time of stool frequency and characteristics returning to normal, the disappearance time of clinical symptoms, the negative conversion rate of rotavirus, and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 96.67%, which was significantly higher than 85.00% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). At 3, 5, and 7 days after treatment, the negative conversion rate of rotavirus in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The time of stool frequency and characteristics returning to normal, vomiting disappearance, dehydration correction, and antipyretic in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups. Conclusion The combination of lactase, racecadotril granule, and pediatric amino acid is effective in the treatment of infant rotavirus enteritis has significant effect, and has high safety. It can quickly improve clinical symptoms and benefit the prognosis of patients.
