刍议益生菌联合标准四联疗法治疗Hp阳性消化性溃疡的疗效

Discussion on the efficacy of probiotics combined with standard quadruple therapy in the treatment of Hp positive peptic ulcer

目的探究刍议益生菌联合标准四联疗法治疗Hp阳性消化性溃疡的疗效。方法选取2018年11月至2019年11月本院收治的86例Hp阳性消化性溃疡患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方法不同分为A组与B组,每组43例。A组给予临床标准的四联疗法(阿莫西林+果胶铋+奥美拉唑+克拉霉素),B组在A组基础上联合刍议益生菌治疗。比较两组根除率、溃疡愈合情况及治疗效果。结果B组溃疡愈合Sc期占比76.74%,高于A组的55.81%;B组Hp根除率为90.70%,高于A组的74.42%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组治疗总有效率为97.67%,高于A组的81.39%;B组复发率为4.65%,低于A组的18.60%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论标准四联疗法联合刍议益生菌治疗Hp阳性消化性溃疡效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the curative effect of probiotics combined with standard quadruple therapy in the treatment of Hp positive peptic ulcer.Methods 86 patients with peptic ulcer caused by Hp positive who were admitted to our hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the research subject.They were divided into group A and group B according to different treatment methods,with 43 cases in each group.Group A was given clinical standard quadruple therapy(amoxicillin+pectin bismuth+omeprazole+clarithromycin),group B combined with probiotic therapy on the basis of group A.Results The percentage of ulcer healing in the Sc stage in group B was 76.74%,which was higher than 55.81%in group A;the eradication rate of Hp in group B was 90.70%,which was higher than 74.42%in group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in group B was 97.67%,which was higher than 81.39%in group A;the recurrence rate in group B was 4.65%,which was lower than 18.60%in group A,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The standard quadruple therapy combined with probiotics is effective in treating Hp positive peptic ulcer and is worthy of clinical application.
