摘要
产品质量监督抽查是一项技术性的行政行为,不仅要遵循监督抽查的特性,符合产品标准的规范,而且与标准化工作密切相关。如果质量监管部门只重视其行政行为的规范与严谨,没有认识到这种规范与严谨进行标准化处理,会产生看似正确的错误,甚至导致监督抽查出现相反的判定结果。
Product quality supervision and spot inspection is a technical administrative behavior,not only to follow the characteristics of supervision and spot inspection,meet the norms of product standards,but also closely related to the standardization work.If the quality supervision department only attaches great attention to the norms and rigor of its administrative behavior,and does not realize this norms and rigor,it will produce seemingly correct mistakes,and even lead to the opposite judgment result of supervision and spot inspection.
