摘要
采用中红外光谱研究了聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)的分子结构,开展了PVDF分子变温中红外光谱研究,并采用二维中红外光谱研究了PVDF分子的热老化性能。结果表明:随着测定温度的升高,PVDF分子CF_(2)不对称伸缩振动模式(ν_(asCF_(2)-PVDF))对应的吸收峰趋于消失,CF_(2)对称伸缩振动模式(ν_(sCF_(2)-PVDF))对应的吸光度先增加后减少,而相应的红外吸收频率先红移后蓝移;ν_(asCF_(2)-PVDF)和ν_(sCF_(2)-PVDF)对热敏感程度及变化顺序都存在较大差异;拓展了三级中红外光谱在重要的有机氟高分子材料结构及热老化性的研究范围。
The molecular structure of polyvinylidene difluoride(PVDF)was studied by middle-infrared spectroscopy.Temperature-dependent middle-infrared spectroscopy of PVDF were studied.Thermal aging of PVDF moleculars were observed by two dimensional-middle-infrared spectroscopy as well.The results show that the corresponding absorption peak of CF_(2) asymmetry stretch vibration mode of PVDF molecular(ν_(asCF_(2)-PVDF))disappears with the increase of the temperature,while the absorbance of CF_(2) symmetry stretch vibration mode of PVDF molecular(ν_(sCF_(2)-PVDF))first increases then decreases,and the corresponding infrared frequency of PVDF molecular first shows red shift then blue shift.Big differences exist in the sensitivity to the heat and order between ν_(asCF_(2)-PVDF) and ν_(sCF_(2)-PVDF).The paper explores the application of three-step mid-infrared spectroscopy in research of structure and thermal aging of important organic fluorine polymer materials.
