PUF/MWCNTs复合材料的结构与性能

Structure and mechanical properties of PUF/MWCNTs composites

摘要 采用原位聚合法制备了聚氨酯泡沫(PUF)/多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)复合材料,并研究了其结构与性能。结果表明:MWCNTs用量相同时,采用直径为10~20,20~30 nm的MWCNTs制备的PUF/MWCNTs复合材料的泡孔平均尺寸相近且形态均一;采用3种不同直径MWCNTs制备的PUF/MWCNTs复合材料的泡孔骨架上存在比较明显的网状膜结构;随着MWCNTs含量的增加,复合材料的回弹率、抗压强度、拉伸强度和断裂伸长率均呈现先增大后减小的趋势。 Multi-walled carbon nano-tubes(MWCNTs)/polyurethane foam(PUF)composites were prepared via in-situ polymerization,whose structure and properties were observed.The results show that the average size of the bubbles in PUF/MWCNTs composites prepared by MWCNTs whose diameter are between 10-20 nm and 20-30 nm are similar and whose morphology are uniform.There are obvious reticular membrane structures on the porous framework of composite materials prepared by MWCNTs in three different diameters.The resilience,compressive strength,tensile strength and elongation at break of the composites all increase first and then decrease with the increase of MWCNTs content.
