摘要
研究了某电动车后视镜连接头注塑模具结构,阐述了模具的工作原理。模具采用侧浇口进料,一模四腔,浇注系统设计在定模一侧,运用NX10/CAD模块创建了塑件两侧的侧向滑块抽芯机构及镶嵌件结构,镶嵌件中设计了顶杆。采用Moldflow软件处理塑件网格,设计了直通式循环冷却回路,对塑件成型过程进行了模拟分析。结果表明:模具结构合理、稳定可靠,已经得到实际生产验证。
The structure of the injection mold for the rearview mirror connector of an electric vehicle was introduced,and whose working principle was described.The side gate feeding was adopted with four cavities in the mold;the gating system was designed in the fixed die;the side slide core-pulling mechanisms on both sides and the insert structure were created by NX10/CAD,and the ejector rods were designed in the insert structure.The plastic part grid was dealt by Moldflow and recirculating cooling system of straight pipeline was designed,the molding processes of plastic parts were simulated and analyzed.The results show that the mold structure is reasonable and reliable,which has been proved in practical production.
