新时代体育教师一体化发展的内涵与路径 被引量:24

摘要 近年来,国家相继出台文件对学校体育发展提出新举措,对体育教师的发展也明确了新要求。尤其是在体育课程一体化改革、学练赛评一体化新样态体育课堂打造等方向指引下,体育教师未来需要朝着一体化方向发展。研究表明:体育教师一体化发展可以从纵横两个维度来界定,其中,“纵向一体化”是指按照学段的进阶,体育教师要有与之对应的专业素质和专业能力;“横向一体化”是指体育教师自身在专业学习、教学实践、教育研究等3个方面系统、连贯、科学、适宜的整体性、动态化发展。体育教师一体化发展的特征总体上呈现阶段性、全面性、独特性和可塑性等。而体育教师要实现一体化发展,需要研读政策明要求,确定“全面育人”的正确方向;需要注重培训提素养,树立“提升质量”的学科自信;需要强化研究促反思,建立“教学科研”的能力结构;需要参与活动促发展,形成“评价激励”的整体驱动。该研究旨在为新时代、新要求下的体育教师一体化发展提供方向引领和方法借鉴。 In recent years,China has issued documents to put forward new measures for the development of physical education in schools,as well as new requirements for the development of physical education teachers.In particular,under the guidance of the integrated reform of physical education curriculum and the initiative of integration of learning,training,competition and evaluation,physical education teachers need to develop towards the integrated direction in the future.The research shows that the integrated development of physical education teachers can be defined from two dimensions,of which“vertical integration”means that physical education teachers should have the professional quality and professional ability in accordance with the progress of learning sections,and“horizontal integration”refers to the systematic,coherent,scientific and appropriate advancement in the holistic and dynamic development of physical education teachers themselves regarding professional learning,teaching practice and educational research.The integrated development of PE teachers is characterized by stages,comprehensiveness,uniqueness and plasticity.In order to realize the integrated development,PE teachers need to study the policy requirements and adhere to“all-round education”.It is necessary to pay attention to training to improve quality and establish discipline confidence of“improving quality”.It is necessary to strengthen research and reflection,and cultivate the capability of“teaching and research”.It also called for participating in activities to promote development,and to establish the overall drive of“evaluation and incentive”.This study aims to provide direction and method reference for the integrated development of PE teachers under the new requirements of the new era.
