污名化背景下优秀体育教师专业成长的经验与启示 被引量:19

The Experience and Enlightenment of Exceptional P.E.Teachers’Professional Development in the Context of Stigmatization

摘要 通过文献资料调研、访谈和逻辑分析等方法,总结优秀体育教师专业成长的经验,以期推动促进体育教师专业水平整体提升及“配齐配强体育教师”目标任务尽快落实。研究显示,污名化现象导致体育教师外促式专业成长功能式微,延滞了体育教师专业成长的进程;身处困局之时,保持对污名化背景下专业成长的理性认知,有助于体育教师获得持续地专业成长和成功;优秀体育教师专业成长的经验在于其始终葆有坚定的职业信念、始终践行高度的专业自觉、精于淬炼优质的体育教学及善于寻求基于专业认同的人际关系。研究提出对我国中小学体育教师专业成长的启示:①唤起体育教师自身专业自觉,争做党和国家要求的“四有”好教师;②正视污名化现象,共同构建体育教师和谐生存与发展的外部环境;③改革优化职前体育教师教育,提前开启体育教师专业成长之路;④构建科际整合模式之下的教师专业共同体,发挥优秀教师的标杆引领作用。 In order to promote the overall improvement of the professional level of physical education teachers and the implementation of“having enough highly-qualified PE teachers”,the experience of the professional growth of excellent physical education teachers is summarized through literature research,interviews and logical analysis.The study showed that the stigmatization results in the decline of the external promotion function of some PE teachers and delays their professional development;facing the stigma,maintaining a rational understanding of professional growth will help physical education teachers achieve the success of professional growth;And then,the professional growth experience of exceptional physical education teachers lies in the strong professional conviction,sense of professional consciousness,high quality teaching,and relationships based on professional identity.The research puts forward four enlightenments on the professional growth of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools:(1)Cultivating professional consciousness among physical education teachers,and encouraging them to be the teachers with four characteristics(morally qualified,with lofty ideal and faith,a solid knowledge base,and a kind heart)upon the requirements of the Party and the state;(2)Facing up to the stigmatization suffered by physical education teachers,and helping build the environment for physical education teachers’development;(3)Optimizing pre-service education for physical education teachers to open the way for the professional development and growth of physical education teachers in advance;(4)Constructing the professional community of teachers under the interdisciplinary education model and giving play to the leading role of excellent teachers.
