摘要
在对滚柱直线导轨副滚柱进行线接触应力与变形理论分析的基础上,重点研究不同结构滚柱的接触应力分布。利用数值计算和有限元仿真,对相同静载荷下不同滚柱端部压力奇异分布进行数据对比,以优化滚柱结构设计。结果表明:圆弧修形滚子结构不但可以减小应力集中,而且能保持导轨副的刚性。优化后LZ45型滚柱直线导轨的性能优于优化前导轨的性能。
Based on the theoretical analysis of the linear contact stress and deformation of the rollers of the roller linear guide,the contact stress distribution of rollers with different structures was studied.Numerical calculation and finite element simulation were used to compare the pressure singularity distribution of different roller ends under the same static load to optimize the roller structure design.The results show that the arc-modified roller structure can not only reduce the stress concentration,but also maintain the rigidity of the guide rail pair.The performance of LZ45 roller linear guide after optimization is better than that before optimization.
