摘要
2012年伊始,四川美术学院开始筹备驻留计划,本着“扶一把、送一程”的理念,为青年艺术家提供相对稳定的保障机制。2020年开始,驻留计划的空间仍在虎溪公社,但管理机构从研究生处转至美术馆。如果说此前的驻留计划在发挥扶持的作用,其内在倾向艺术实践与意识建构,形成一种在地性的经验结构。现在美术馆从管理、现场、理论、馆藏研究、作品及感受力的生成,建立起落地且实际的艺术共同体。为此本文以驻留计划为论述对象,从其立意、发生、转向出发,在阐明该艺术项目内在机制转变的同时,廓清其与青年艺术生态以及美术馆体系发展的双重意义,即一方面是驻留为青年艺术家提供创作空间、经费支持,为其创作搭建学术和资源平台;另一方面以驻留连接起美术馆与青年艺术之间的现场,在完善美术馆体系建构的同时,对当下“年轻”群体所产生的艺术现象展开观察与书写。
At the beginning of 2012, Sichuan Fine Arts Institute began to prepare for a residency program, in line with the concept of "providing a handful of aid and giving a ride" to provide young artists with a relatively stable guarantee mechanism.Starting in 2020, the venue of the residency program is still in the Huxi Commune, but the management agency has been transferred from the postgraduate office to the Art Museum of Sichuan Fine Arts Institute. The previous residency program is playing a supporting role, and its inherent tendency is artistic practice and consciousness construction, forming a local experience structure. Now the art museum has established a practical art community from management, site, theory, collection research, artworks and sensibility. For this reason, this article takes the residency program as the object of discussion, starting from its conception, occurrence, and direction, while clarifying the internal mechanism transformation of the program. It also clarifies its dual meaning with the youth art ecology and the development of the art museum system. On the one hand,it is residency program provides young artists with creative space and financial support,and builds an academic and resource platform for their creation;on the other hand,this program links the site between the art museum and young art, while improving the construction of the art museum system;it also exerts a positive impact on the current observation and writing of artistic phenomena produced by the "young" group.
