摘要
为了提升发动机的NVH水平,解决平衡轴剪刀齿的啸叫问题,分别借助软件AVL EXCITE和MASTA,建立了发动机扭振模型和齿轮传递误差模型,分析了齿面修形参数及剪刀齿转矩对齿轮传递误差和接触斑点的影响。通过优化齿面修形参数,结合接触斑点验证和实车NVH测试等验证手段,最终解决了平衡轴剪刀齿的啸叫问题,对改善剪刀齿异响具有指导意义。
For improving engine NVH performance and solving whine of MBS gear,the authors built the model of engine torsional vibration and gear transmission error with AVL EXCITE and MASTA.The impact of gear modification parameters and scissors gear torque on gear transmission error and contact spot is analyzed.By optimizing gear modification parameters,combined with validation method of contact spot and NVH test,the whine of MBS scissors gears is solved.The result can be used as a reference for research in the field of scissors gears noise improvement.
