摘要
随着日益严格的油耗、排放法规开始实施,汽车发动机活塞环组和缸套的减摩技术备受关注,缸孔喷涂技术便是其中之一。主机厂为实施喷涂缸体的自主批量生产,需要购置费用不低的设备,在现有生产线上规划出一定的空间,并进行生产线改造,实施难度大、风险高。对缸孔喷涂技术进行选型研究,并采用双线弧TWA喷涂技术在一款发动机上进行了实验分析。最后,提出了缸孔喷涂技术应用的建议。
With the implementation of increasingly stringent fuel consumption and emission regulations,the antifriction technology of piston ring and cylinder liner of automobile engines has attracted much attention,and cylinder bore spraying technology is one of them.OEMs need to buy expensive machines for the implementation of spraying block independent mass production,and need to plan out a certain space in the existing production line for reforming,and the implementation is difficult and risky.In this paper,the selection of several cylinder bore spraying technologies is studied,and TWA technology is analyzed by experiment on one kind of engine.Finally,the technical suggestions of bore spraying application are put forward.
