新烟碱类杀虫剂对多异瓢虫成虫的影响 被引量:5

摘要 [目的]为明确新烟碱类杀虫剂对多异瓢虫的毒力,以及新烟碱类杀虫剂对多异瓢虫成虫的捕食量及其体内关键酶的影响。[方法]采用间接处理法和直接处理法测定了吡虫啉、啶虫脒和噻虫嗪3种杀虫剂不同质量浓度(1、10、100、1000 mg/L)对多异瓢虫成虫的捕食作用及其体内关键酶的影响。[结果]3种新烟碱类杀虫剂对多异瓢虫成虫毒力大小依次为吡虫啉>啶虫脒>噻虫嗪。3种杀虫剂直接处理和间接处理后,随着杀虫剂质量浓度的增加和处理时间的延长,多异瓢虫成虫捕食量有明显的减少,其中吡虫啉处理后多异瓢虫捕食蚜量最多。吡虫啉间接处理后,多异瓢虫体内乙酰胆碱酯酶和羧酸酯酶比活力高于啶虫脒和噻虫嗪。[结论]多异瓢虫成虫对新烟碱类杀虫剂的耐药性与体内关键酶的增加有关,但接触新烟碱类杀虫剂的猎物明显影响多异瓢虫成虫的捕食量。 [Aims]This study aims to clarify the virulence of neonicotinoids to Hippodamia variegata(Goeze),and the effect of neonicotinoid insecticides on the predation of ladybird adults and its key enzymes.[Methods]The different concentrations(1,10,100,1000 mg/L)of imidacloprid,acetamiprid and thiamethoxam were determined by indirect treatment and direct treatment on the predation effect of the ladybird adult and the effect of key enzymes in the body.[Results]The results showed that the virulence of the three neonicotinoid insecticides to the adults of ladybird is in the order of imidacloprid>acetamiprid>thiamethoxam.After the direct treatment and indirect treatment of the three insecticides,with the increase of the insecticide concentration and the extension of the treatment time,the predation of ladybird significantly reduced,and the predation of ladybird was the largest treated with imidacloprid.After the indirect treatment with imidacloprid,the specific activities of AchE and CarE in ladybird are higher than that of acetamiprid and thiamethoxam.[Conclusions]The resistance to neonicotinoid insecticides in adults of H.variegata is related to the increase of key enzymes in the body,but the prey that is exposed to neonicotinoid insecticides obviously affects the predation of adults of H.variegata.
