摘要
[目的]为明确盐碱胁迫下S-诱抗素(S-ABA)对玉米生长及产量的影响,更好地在盐碱地上进行农业生产。[方法]以登海605号玉米为试验材料,2019—2020年期间在山东省乐陵市盐碱地上分别在玉米不同生长时期设置了S-诱抗素拌种、喷雾处理。[结果]2019年试验中在玉米3~5、5~8、10叶期S-诱抗素共喷雾3次效果最好,与对照相比,株高增长率和增产率分别达到26.00%、20.24%;2020年试验中,S-诱抗素拌种和喷雾处理能有效减弱盐碱胁迫对玉米初期的危害,促进玉米的株高增长与光合作用,增强玉米的抗氧化酶活性,提高玉米的产量及品质,并且S-诱抗素拌种+S-诱抗素喷雾混合处理的抗盐碱效果要优于S-诱抗素拌种或喷雾单一处理,与对照相比,该处理的增产率达到了26.39%。[结论]在供试盐碱地土壤条件下,S-诱抗素拌种和喷雾处理能提高玉米抗盐碱能力,增加玉米产量,为盐碱地玉米的种植提供理论基础。
[Aims]In order to clarify the effect of S-abscisic acid(S-ABA)on the growth and yield of maize under saline alkali stress and better carry out agricultural production on saline-alkali land.[Methods]In this experiment,Denghai No.605 corn was used as the test material.During 2019-2020,this experiment set up S-induction seed dressing and spray treatment in different growth periods of corn on saline soil in Leling City,Shandong Province.[Results]The results showed that in the 2019 experiment,the effect of spraying three times of S-ABA at the 3-5,5-8 and 10 leaf stage of maize was the best.Compared with the control,the plant height growth rate and yield increase rate were respectively reach 26.00,20.24%.In the experiment in 2020,S-ABA seed dressing and spray treatment could effectively reduce the damage of salt-alkali stress to the early stage of corn,promote the growth of corn plant height and photosynthesis,enhance the antioxidant enzyme activity of corn,increase the yield and quality of corn.Among them,the salt-alkali resistance effect of the mixed treatment of S-ABA dressing+S-ABA spraying was better than that of S-ABA dressing or spraying single treatment.Compared with the control,the increase rate of this treatment reached 26.39%.[Conclusions]Under the tested saline-alkali soil conditions,S-ABA seed dressing and spray treatment could improve the salt-tolerant ability of corn,increase the yield of corn,and provided a theoretical basis for the planting of corn in saline-alkali soil.
