Construction and application effect of outpatient electronic disease certificate system in large general hospital

目的探索大型综合医院门诊电子病情证明系统的构建及应用价值。方法通过敏捷型软件开发方法(开发过程含:需求分析、可行性分析、系统设计、开发上线)构建门诊电子病情证明系统,并具体用于门诊管理。结果通过不断优化和改进,系统运行已趋于稳定,经半年的运行,共发出15624份电子病情证明书,通过率和错误率指标分别达99.9%和低于0.1%的预期目标。结论电子病情证明系统的设计与实施给患者、医生、管理者提供了新的智能化、数字化管理模式,能解决、规避以往纸质病情证明书存在的一些漏洞和风险,值得广泛推广应用。

Objective To explore the construction and application value of the outpatient electronic disease certificate system.Methods The outpatient electronic disease certificate system was constructed by the agile software development methods(development processes containing the demand analysis,feasibility analysis,system design,development online)and was specifically applied in the outpatient management.Results Through continuous optimization and improvement,the system operation trended to be stable.After half a year of operation,a total of 15624 electronic disease certificates were issued.The indexes of pass rate and the error rate reached the expected goals of 99.9%and less than 0.1%respectively.Conclusion The design and implementation of electronic disease certificate system provides a new intelligent and digital management mode for the patients,doctors and managers,the construction of outpatient electronic disease certificate writing system can solve and avoid some loopholes and risks of the former paper-based disease certificate,and is worthy of wide application and promotion.
