新时代科学家精神对企业科技工作者创新行为的影响研究

Research on the Influence of the New Age Scientist Spirit on the Innovation Behavior of Scientific and Technological Workers in Enterprises

科技工作者的创新行为是企业增强核心竞争力的中坚力量,而加强新时代科学家精神的思想引领更是实现企业创新发展的不竭动力。为了深入探究新时代科学家精神对企业科技工作者创新行为的影响,通过问卷调查法收集相关数据进行实证研究,构建以工作投入为中介变量,领导支持为调节变量的理论模型。研究结果显示:新时代科学家精神对企业科技工作者的创新行为具有显著正向作用;工作投入在新时代科学家精神与企业科技工作者创新行为之间起中介作用;在低领导支持的组织中,新时代科学家精神通过工作投入影响科技工作者创新行为的作用更为显著。

The innovation behavior of science and technology workers is the backbone force for enterprises to enhance the core competitiveness,and the thought guidance of enhancing the spirit of scientists in the new era is the inexhaustible driving force for enterprises to realize the innovation and development.In order to explore the influence of the spirit of scientists in the new era on the innovation behavior of scientific and technological workers in enterprises,this paper collects relevant data through questionnaire survey and conducts empirical research,and builds a theoretical model with job involvement as the mediating variable and leadership support as the moderating variable.The results show that the spirit of scientists in the new era has a significant positive effect on the innovation behavior of enterprise scientists.Job engagement plays a mediating role between the spirit of scientists in the new era and the innovative behavior of enterprise scientists.In organizations with low leadership support,the new era scientist spirit has a more significant effect on the innovation behavior of scientists through job engagement.
