摘要
高校间实施校际课程互选和学分互认是高校教育改革的重要内容之一,是完善人才培养模式的重要举措,对于我国实现教育现代化、提升全民基本素养具有重大意义。通过分析目前国内校际课程互选和学分互认现状,笔者总结归纳了河南六所高校在校际合作机制、人才培养模式、信息资源平台等方面的创新模式,梳理了河南六所高校在课程互选和学分互认实施过程中的地域、课程种类和数量、质量监控等问题,提出了完善地方高校校际合作机制、健全教学管理制度、充实优质课程种类和数量、建立课程教学质量监控体系、优化校际选课平台、构建多级激励机制等建议。
The implementation of inter-university course selection and mutual recognition of credits between universities is one of the important contents of university education reform,and an important measure to improve the growth of talents.It is of great significance to the modernization of education and the improvement of the basic literacy of the people.By analyzing the current situation of domestic inter-school course selection and credit recognition,it summarized the innovative models of Henan six schools in terms of inter-school cooperation mechanism,talent training model,information resource platform,etc..It has sorted out the problems of geography,course types and quantity,quality monitoring and so on in the implementation of mutual course selection and credit recognition in six schools in Henan Province,and put forward the suggestions of improving the mechanism of inter-school cooperation among local universities,improving the teaching management system,enriching the types and quantity of high-quality courses,establishing the quality monitoring system of course teaching,optimizing the inter-school course selection platform,and building a multi-level incentive mechanism.
