随着市场经济的发展以及社会结构转型速度的增快,党建传统模式已明显无法适应时代的发展。作为基层党建模式的创新,区域化党建模式自诞生之始就引起了学界的普遍关注,全国也掀起了区域化党建实践探索的热潮。区域化党建不仅是基层党组织从严治党的应有之义,更是在促进地区治理、应对公共危机、促进民生建设等方面中发挥着重要作用。针对目前区域化党建实践存在的突出问题,及时有效地探究出解决办法,迫在眉睫。

With the development of market economy and the increasing speed of social structure transformation,the traditional party building model has obviously been unable to adapt to the development of the times.As the innovation of the grass-roots party building mode,the regional party building mode has aroused the general attention of the academic circles since its birth,and the nationwide has also set off an upsurge of regional party construction practice and exploration.Regional party building is not only the proper meaning of the grass-roots party organizations to strictly govern the party,but also plays an important role in promoting regional governance,coping with public crisis and promoting the construction of people’s livelihood.In view of the prominent problems existing in the theory and practice of regional party building,it is necessary to explore solutions in time and effectively.
