摘要
外泌体(exosome)是直径在30~150 nm具有脂质双层膜结构的细胞外囊泡,富含蛋白质、核酸、脂质等生物活性物质,通过介导细胞间通讯,在机体的生理和病理过程中发挥重要作用。已有研究表明外泌体与头颈鳞癌的发生发展密切相关,是头颈鳞癌早期诊断、靶向治疗和预后评价的潜在标志物。本文就外泌体及其在头颈鳞癌发生发展、血管形成、免疫逃逸、诊断治疗和预后评估中的研究进展进行综述,旨在探讨外泌体在头颈鳞癌的临床诊断和治疗中的潜在价值。
Exosomes,with a size range of 30~150 nanometers in diameter,are a subset of extracellular vesicles(EVs)surrounded by a lipid bilayer membrane and rich in proteins,nucleic acids,lipids and other bioactive substances.Exosomes play an important role in the physiological and pathological processes of the organisms by mediating intercellular communication.Recent studies have shown that exosomes are related to the occurrence and development of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.In addition,exosomes are potential markers of early diagnosis,targeted treatment and prognosis evaluation of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.This review highlights the latest research progress of exosomes in the occurrence and development,angiogenesis,immune escape,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis evaluation of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma,which aims to explore the potential value of exosomes in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.
