以依从性曲线规律为指导的阶段护理在脑血栓偏瘫患者中的应用

Application of Stepwise Nursing Guided by the Law of Compliance Curve in Patients with Cerebral Thrombosis Hemiplegia

目的:探讨以依从性曲线规律为指导的阶段护理在脑血栓偏瘫患者中的应用效果。方法:将126例脑血栓偏瘫患者按入院时间分为对照组和观察组各63例,对照组实施常规康复,观察组实施依从性曲线规律为指导的阶段护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:两组自我效能水平、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分法(FMA)评分、NIHSS神经功能评分量表(NIHSS)评分、肌力及依从性比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:以依从性曲线规律为指导的阶段护理可提高脑血栓偏瘫中患者的自我效能和依从性,促进肢体功能快速康复。

Objective:To explore the application effect of stepwise nursing guided by the law of compliance curve in patients with cerebral thrombosis hemiplegia.Methods:A total of 126 cases of cerebral thrombosis hemiplegia patients according to admission time were divided into the control group and the observation group each with 63 cases,the control group implemented routine rehabilitation,and the observation group implemented stepwise nursing guided by the law of compliance curve,nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results:There were significant differences between the two groups in self-efficacy level,Fugl-Meyer motor function evaluation method(FMA)scores,NIHSS nerve functional rating scale(NIHSS)scores,muscle strength and Compliance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Stepwise nursing guided by the law of compliance curve can improve the self-efficacy and compliance in patients with cerebral thrombosis hemiplegia,accelerate their rehabilitation of limb function.
