姑息照护结合疼痛评估管理对淋巴瘤患者的影响

Effect of Palliative Care Combined with Pain Assessment Management in Patients with Lymphoma

目的:探讨姑息照护结合疼痛评估管理对淋巴瘤患者的影响。方法:将72例淋巴瘤患者随机分为研究组37例和对照组35例,对照组给予常规护理干预,研究组给予姑息照护结合疼痛评估管理,比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组干预2、4周疼痛数字评分法(NRS)评分低于干预前(P<0.05),干预4周NRS评分低于干预2周(P<0.05);对照组干预4周NRS评分低于干预前及干预2周(P<0.05);研究组干预2、4周NRS评分低于对照组(P<0.01)。两组干预2、4周癌因性疲乏评估量表(CFS)评分低于干预前(P<0.05),干预4周CFS评分低于干预2周(P<0.05);研究组干预2、4周CFS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组干预4周淋巴瘤患者生命质量测定量表(FACT-Lym)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:姑息照护结合疼痛评估管理可有效缓解淋巴瘤患者疼痛和癌因性疲乏,提高患者生命质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of palliative care combined with pain assessment management in patients with lymphoma.Methods:A total of 72 patients with lymphoma were randomly divided into the research group with 37 cases and the control group with 35 cases,the control group was given routine nursing intervention,the research group was given pain assessment management,combined with palliative care,nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results:The pain numerical scale(NRS)scores after 2 and 4 weeks after intervention were lower in the research group than those before intervention(P<0.05),the NRS scores after 4 weeks of intervention werer lower than those after 2 weeks(P<0.05);The NRS scores were lower in the control group after 4 weeks than those before intervention and after 2 weeks(P<0.05);The NRS scores were lower in the research group after 2 and 4 weeks than those in the control group(P<0.01).The cancer-related fatigue assessment scale(CFS)scores were lower in both groups 2 and 4 weeks after intervention than those before intervention(P<0.05),the CFS scores after 4 weeks of intervention were lpower than those after 2 weeks(P<0.05);The CFS scores were lower in the research group after 2 and 4 weeks than those in the control group(P<0.05)The life quality scale(FACT-Lym)scores were higher among the lymphoma patientn in the research group after 4 weeks than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Palliative care combined with pain assessment management can effectively alleviate pain and cancer-related fatigue in lymphoma patients and improve their quality of life.
