地方高校中文师范专业改革的困境与策略 被引量:2

摘要 与985、211之类中国高校相比,地方高校的基础教育,特别是师范教育,对中国社会的影响是基础性的,也更为深远。但由于地方高校属于中国高校相对较低的层次,无论在师资能力和结构还是生源素质,都难以满足高校教育的理想。而作为师范教育中的中文师范专业所面对的困境除了地方性高校本身的条件外,也受制于当前中小学语文教育教学的职业属性。尤其是地方高校普遍出现的应用型转向,导致中文专业出现边缘化的趋势。因此我们需要平衡中文教育本身的人文培养与职业教育之间的关系,调整课程结构,重建教学队伍,以满足地方性高校中文师范专业的需求,既要重视当前文学研究和教学中所固有的史学倾向,应当将文本细读作为中文师范专业教育教学的基本方法,作为沟通高校中文教育与中小学语文教育的基础性桥梁。 Compared with Chinese universities such as 985 and 211,the basic of local universities especially the pedagogical education,have fundamental influence on Chinese society.But local universities belong to the relatively low level of Chinese universities,and they are difficult to meet the ideal of higher education in terms of teachers ability and structure or students’quality.The dilemma of the Chinese teacher major in the pedagogical education is subjected by the teaching vocational attributes of the current primary and middle school education in addition to the local college itself.In particular,the local universities,turning to the application,leading to the marginalization trend of Chinese major.Therefore,we need to balance the relationship between humanistic education and vocational education,adjust the curriculum structure,rebuild the teaching team,We should not only pay attention to the historical inherent in the current literature research and teaching,but also regard text close reading as the basic teaching method of Chinese pedagogical education and the basic between Chinese education in universities and primary and middle schools.
