基于胜任力的塞拉利昂军队某医院医护人员传染病职业防护培训实践与效果

Practice and effect of competency-based occupational protection training for medical staff in a Sierra Leone military hospital

目的探讨基于胜任力在塞拉利昂军队医院实施传染病防控培训的效果。方法以塞拉利昂军队某医院190名医护人员为研究对象,开展多形式集中理论培训、突出职业防护的情景模拟培训、依托援建热带传染病防控中心的全流程培训及新发突发呼吸道传染病院内感染与自我防护应急培训。结果培训后医护人员理论知识、防护技能认知和传染病职业防护综合能力均显著提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),医护人员院内零感染。结论基于胜任力的传染病职业防护培训能有效提高医护人员传染病职业防护能力、职业防护意识及综合素质,确保传染病防控的质量和效率。

Objectives To explore the effectiveness of competency-based training on infectious disease prevention and control in Sierra Leone military hospital.Methods A total of 190 medical staff from a Sierra leone military hospital were selected as the study subjects,and the training was carried out to strengthen the foundation with multiple forms of centralized theory training,scenario-simulation training highlighting occupational protection,whole-process training relying on the construction of tropical infectious disease prevention and control center,as well as the emergency training of nosocomial infection and self-protection for newly emerging respiratory infectious diseases.Results After the training,theoretical knowledge,cognitive protective skills and comprehensive ability of occupational protection against infectious diseases were improved with significant difference(P<0.01),zero nosocomial infection among medical staff.Conclusion Competency-based occupational protection training for infectious diseases can effectively improve the occupational protection ability,occupational protection awareness and comprehensive quality of medical staff to ensure the quality and efficiency of infectious disease prevention and rescue.
