复方消化酶胶囊治疗厌食症患儿的疗效及对血清瘦素及血浆胆囊收缩素水平的影响

Efficacy of compound digestive enzyme capsules in the treatment of children with anorexia and its effect on serum leptin and plasma cholecystokinin levels

目的研究厌食症患儿治疗中复方消化酶胶囊的疗效及对血清瘦素(LEP)及血浆胆囊收缩素(CCK)水平的影响。方法采用回顾性分析方法,以2017年6月至2020年6月西安市儿童医院入院的106例厌食症患儿作为研究对象,根据不同用药方式分为对照组(53例)与研究组(53例),对照组选用用胃蛋白酶颗粒治疗,研究组选用复方消化酶胶囊治疗。比较2组治疗前、治疗1个月后LEP、CCK、微量元素(硒、锌)、胃肠激素、血浆血红蛋白(Hb)水平,体重、日摄食量变化及治疗总有效率。结果治疗前,2组患儿LEP、CCK、微量元素、胃肠激素水平与血浆Hb、体重、日摄食量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1个月后,2组患儿LEP、CCK、生长抑素(SS)、血管活性肠钛(VIP)水平均较治疗前明显降低,微量元素、胃泌素(GAS)、胃肠激素(MTL)水平与血浆Hb、体重、日摄食量较治疗前明显提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组较对照组治疗1个月后LEP、CCK、SS、VIP水平更低,微量元素、GAS、MTL水平与血浆Hb、体重、日摄食量及总有效率更高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论厌食症患儿治疗中复方消化酶胶囊具有显著疗效,可有效增加患儿体重、日摄食量,还可改善其血清LEP、CCK及胃肠激素水平,提升微量元素含量与血浆Hb水平,促使其快速康复。

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of compound digestive enzyme capsule in the treatment of children with anorexia and its effect on serum leptin(LEP)and plasma cholecystokinin(CCK)levels.Methods Retrospective analysis method was used in this study,106 children with anorexia admitted to Xi'an Children's Hospital from June 2017 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to different medication methods,they were divided into a control group(53 cases)and a study group(53 cases),the control group was treated with pepsin granules,and the study group was treated with compound digestive enzyme capsules.The levels of LEP,CCK,trace elements(selenium,zinc),gastrointestinal hormones,plasma hemoglobin(Hb),changes in body weight,daily food intake and total effective rate of treatment between the two groups before and after 1 month treatment were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the levels of LEP,CCK,trace elements,gastrointestinal hormones and plasma Hb,body weight,and daily food intake between the two groups of children(P>0.05).After 1 month treatment,the levels of LEP,CCK,somatostatin(SS)and vasoactive intestinal titanium(VIP)in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the levels of trace elements,gastrin(GAS)and gastrointestinal hormone(MTL),the plasma Hb,body weight,and daily food intake were significantly higher than before treatment,the differences were significant(P<0.05).The levels of LEP,CCK,SS and VIP after 1 month treatment in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the levels of trace elements,GAS,MTL,plasma Hb,body weight,daily food intake and total effective rate were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound digestive enzyme capsule has significant effect in the treatment of children with anorexia,which can effectively increase body weight and daily food intake,improve the levels of serum LEP,CCK and gastrointestinal hormones,improve the content of trace elements and plasma Hb level,and promote their rapid recovery.
