人类卫生健康共同体背景下中医药院校国际化人才培养研究

Research on the cultivation of international talents in TCM colleges and universities under the background of a community of common health for mankind

构建人类卫生健康共同体为全球抗疫合作提供了中国方案,为中医药国际化带来更多的机遇,需要更多的中医药人才走向世界舞台;但是,目前中医药院校国际化人才培养在本土中医药学子培养、海外合作办学、来华留学生培养三条进路上都面临着一定的困境,需要在培养理念、教师队伍、办学定位、课程设置、教材编排等方面分别突围三条进路面临的困局:从而用中医药国际化推动人类卫生健康共同体的构建。

Building a community of common health for mankind provides a Chinese solution for global anti-pandemic cooperation,and brings more opportunities for the internationalization of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).It requires more TCM talents to stand on the world stage.However,at present,the cultivation of international talents in TCM colleges and universities is facing certain difficulties in the three approaches of domestic TCM student training,overseas cooperation in running schools,and foreign student training in China.It is necessary to break through the difficulties faced by the three approaches in terms of training concept,teaching body,school positioning,curriculum setting and textbook layout,so as to promote the construction of a community of common health for mankind with the internationalization of TCM.
