摘要
医疗纪录片通过给予患者充分的话语权,让公众倾听与疾病相关的故事。医疗事件亲历者的叙事让公众能更客观、更立体、更全面地认识事件的始末。通过叙事医学课程的开展,增强医学生的细读和反思性写作能力,提高其在医疗实践中的共情能力和反思精神。基于“输入”和“输出”教学理念的叙事医学课程对于改善日益紧张的医患关系以及和谐医患共同体的建立具有重要的实践意义。
Medical documentaries can give patients the sufficient right of speech and enable the public to hear the related stories.Through the narration of the medical event witnesses,the public can form an objective and complete picture of the whole event.Through the course of Narrative Medicine,students'close reading skill and reflective writing skill will be enhanced.Their empathic and reflective capabilities shall be strengthened in medical practice.The effective development of narrative medicine courses based on the teaching theory of"input"and"output"will improve the communication between doctors and patients and facilitate the building of a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
