“FC+TSP”教学模式在留学生普通外科临床见习课中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨翻转课堂联合教师标准化病人的全新模式在留学生普通外科见习课程教学中的教学效果。方法将40名留学生随机分为试验组(n=20)和对照组(n=20);试验组采用“翻转课堂联合教师标准化病人”的全新教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式;对两组在普通外科见习课程学习结束后的教学效果和认可度进行评估。结果两组具有相同的理论基础,且在性别、年龄上均无显著性差异;在普通外科见习课成绩(基础理论和病例分析)方面,试验组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);问卷调查显示,采用翻转课堂联合教师标准化病人教学模式获得绝大多数留学生的认可。结论翻转课堂联合教师标准化病人全新模式显著提升了普通外科见习课程教学效果,提高了留学生学习热情和满意度,值得广大医学院校推广应用。 Objective To explore the teaching effect of Flipped Classroom(FC)combined with Teachers Standardized Patient(TSP)in general surgery clinical probation for international students.Methods 40 international students were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 20 stundents in each.The new"FC+TSP"teaching mode was adopted in the experimental group,while traditional teaching mode was used in teaching the control group.When the course was finished,teaching effects and recognition of the two groups were evaluated.Results The two groups had the same theoretical basis,and there was no significant difference in gender and age.The experimental group performed significantly better than the control group in scores of general surgery clinical probation(basic theory and case analysis)(P<0.05).According to the questionnaire survey,the"FC+TSP"teaching mode was recognized by by most international students.Conclusion The new"FC+TSP"teaching mode has significantly improved the teaching effect of general surgery clinical probation course,and increased the learning enthusiasm and satisfaction of international students.It is worth promoting and applying in medical colleges and univerisities.
