医用外科口罩非油性颗粒过滤效率与细菌过滤效率的相关性研究分析 被引量:3

摘要 2020年1月突发的新型冠状病毒肺炎席卷祖国大地。医用外科口罩、一次性使用医用口罩和医用防护口罩成为对人民群众最有利的防疫武器。其中医用外科口罩由于其防护性能更好和其平面型工艺特点,生产和销售更为广泛,在疫情防控中发挥了重要作用。现行医用外科口罩YY 0469-2011标准中非油性颗粒过滤效率(PFE)和细菌过滤效率(BFE)是其质量把控的两个关键指标,笔者对2020年我省对医用外科口罩质量监督抽查检验结果和检验数据进行分析,发现BFE与PFE存在一定的相关性[1][2],PFE的检测比BFE的检测方便快捷,利用PFE数据基本能够预判BFE,以利于更及时地对医用外科口罩的应急处置、熔喷布滤料筛、口罩评价参考。 In January 2020,COVID-19 burst across China.The shortage and quality of medical surgical masks,disposable surgical masks and medical protective masks have become the most favorable epidemic prevention weapons for people.Medical surgical masks are widely believed by the public because of the characteristics of the planar technology.They are more widely produced and sold,and play an important role in the prevention and control of the epidemic.Non-oily particle filtration efficiency(PFE)and bacterial filtration efficiency(BFE)are the two key indicators for quality control of medical surgical masks YY 0469-2011.We analyze the inspection results and test data of medical surgical masks in 2020 in our province.Found that the BFE and PFE has certain relevance.PFE convenient detection than BFE detection,the use of particle filter efficiency data base can anticipation bacteria filtration efficiency,benefit more in a timely manner to emergency disposal of medical surgical masks,melt-blown filter screen cloth masks,evaluation reference.
