Integrated Management of Multi-criteria Cost-reducing and Benefit-increasing for Wind Power Enterprises Under ERP Environment

随着国家补贴的逐渐退出,中国风电行业的趋势从陆地转向海上、从潮间带转向近海。在政策和市场的旗帜下,当前大部分国内风电企业逐渐由疯狂的扩张发展期向投资运营的成熟期转型。而随着科学技术的发展,我国风电产品飞速的迭代升级下,初代风电机组资源市场规模小、机型备件产品型号短缺、大规模的风电机组设备供货、维护成本增加将逐渐成为风电企业亟须解决的难题。本文意在如何通过ERP管理体系对风电企业运营期的管理达到降本增效提高效率进行分析。

With the gradual withdrawal of state subsidies,the trend of China’s wind power industry has shifted from land to sea and from the INTERTIDAL zone to offshore,under the banner of policies and markets,at present,most of the domestic wind power enterprises are gradually transforming from a period of crazy expansion and development to a mature period of investment and operation.With the development of science and technology,China’s wind power products are rapidly upgraded by iteration,the resource market of the first generation wind turbine is small,the type of spare parts is short,the equipment supply of large-scale wind turbine and the cost of maintenance are increasing.This paper intends to analyze how to reduce cost and increase efficiency through ERP management system during the operation period of wind power enterprises.
