麦默通微创旋切术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤患者的效果

Effects of Mammotome minimally invasive atherectomy in treatment of patients with benign breast tumors

目的:观察麦默通微创旋切术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤患者的效果。方法:选取60例乳腺良性肿瘤患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组采用常规开放手术治疗,观察组采用麦默通微创旋切术治疗,比较两组手术相关指标水平、术后24 h疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分]和并发症发生率。结果:观察组手术时间和住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量低于对照组,手术切口小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后24 h VAS评分为(2.12±0.30)分,低于对照组的(4.24±0.64)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为3.33%,低于对照组的33.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:麦默通微创旋切术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤患者可改善手术相关指标水平,降低VAS评分和并发症发生率,效果优于常规开放手术治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of Mammotome minimally invasive atherectomy in the treatment of patients with benign breast tumors.Methods:60 patients with benign breast tumors were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional open surgery,while the observation group was treated with Mammotome minimally invasive atherectomy.The levels of surgery-related indicators,the degree of pain[visual analogue scale(VAS)score]and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time and the hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group;the intraoperative blood loss was lower than that of the control group;the surgical incision was smaller than the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The 24 h VAS score of the observation group after operation was(2.12±0.30)points,which was lower than(4.24±0.64)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Further,the incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.33%,which was lower than 33.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Mammotome minimally invasive atherectomy for the patients with benign breast tumors can improve the levels of surgery-related indicators,reduce the VAS score and the incidence of complications.Moreover,it is superior to conventional open surgery.
