针刺联合推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病患者的效果

Effects of acupuncture combined with massage on patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy

目的:观察针刺联合推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病患者的效果。方法:选取106例神经根型颈椎病患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组各53例。对照组采用推拿治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用针刺治疗,比较两组治疗前后临床症状评分、治疗效果、疼痛评分和不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组颈痛、麻木、椎旁压痛等临床症状评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为98.11%,明显高于对照组84.91%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组现有疼痛强度、疼痛分级指数、疼痛视觉模拟评分等疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病患者可提高治疗总有效率,以及降低临床症状评分和疼痛评分,其效果优于单纯推拿治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of acupuncture combined with massage on patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:106 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with massage,while the observation group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical symptom score,the treatment effect,the pain score and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the scores of clinical symptoms such as neck pain,numbness,and paravertebral tenderness in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 98.11%,which was significantly higher than 84.91%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,after the treatment,the existing pain intensity score,the pain grading index,and the pain visual analog score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Acupuncture combined with massage in the treatment of the patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy can increase the total effective rate of treatment and reduce the clinical symptom score and the pain score.Moreover,it is superior to single massage treatment.
