独活寄生汤加减联合中医推拿和中药熏洗治疗非特异性腰痛患者的效果

Effects of Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with TCM Massage and herbal fumigation on patients with nonspecific low back pain

目的:观察独活寄生汤加减联合中医推拿和中药熏洗治疗非特异性腰痛患者的效果。方法:选取80例非特异性腰痛患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组采用中医推拿和中药熏洗治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用独活寄生汤加减治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后腰痛症状[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]、腰椎功能[Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)]及中医证候积分。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为92.50%(37/40),高于对照组的70.00%(28/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组VAS评分、ODI评分及中医证候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:独活寄生汤加减联合中医推拿和中药熏蒸治疗非特异性腰痛患者,可有效缓解患者疼痛,促进其腰部功能恢复,效果优于单用中医推拿和中药熏洗治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with TCM Massage and herbal fumigation on patients with nonspecific low back pain.Methods:80 patients with nonspecific low back pain were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,each with 40 cases.The control group was treated with herbal fumigation and TCM massage,while the observation group was given Duhuo Jisheng decoction based on those of the control group.The clinical effects,the low back pain symptom score[visual analog pain score(VAS)],the lumbar function[Oswestry disability index(ODI)]and the TCM syndrome scores were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.50%(37/40),which was higher than 70.00%(28/40)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the VAS score,the ODI score and the TCM syndrome score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with TCM Massage and herbal fumigation in the treatment of the patients with nonspecific low back pain can effectively relieve the pain and promote the recovery of lumbar function.Moreover,it is superior to single massage and fumigation.
