浮针疗法联合推拿治疗膝骨性关节炎患者的效果

Effects of floating needle therapy combined with massage on knee osteoarthritis

目的:观察浮针疗法联合推拿治疗膝骨性关节炎(KOA)患者的效果。方法:选取88例KOA患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各44例。对照组采用推拿治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合浮针疗法治疗,比较两组治疗前后膝关节功能WOMAC量表评分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、临床疗效和不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,两组WOMAC和VAS评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为93.18%,高于对照组的77.27%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均未见明显不良反应。结论:浮针疗法联合推拿治疗KOA患者可提高治疗总有效率,降低WOMAC和VAS评分,效果优于单纯推拿治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of floating needle therapy combined with massage on knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:88 KOA patients were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by using the random number table,44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Massage,while the observation group was treated with floating needle therapy on the basis of that of the control group.The WOMAC knee joint function scale score,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score,the clinical efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the WOMAC scores and VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment;those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.18%,which was higher than 77.27%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusions:Floating needle therapy combined with massage for the KOA patients can increase the total effective rate of treatment and reduce the WOMAC score and the VAS score.Moreover,it is superior to single massage therapy.
