血清T/LH、FSH、LH水平检测在判断睾丸生精功能中的价值

Value of serum T/LH,FSH and LH levels in judgment of testicular spermatogenic function

目的:探讨血清睾酮(T)/促黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡生成激素(FSH)、LH水平检测在判断睾丸生精功能中的价值。方法:选取45例不育症患者为研究对象,均行原发性不育检查,根据患者的精子密度分组,其中少精患者归入A组(n=32),极度少精患者归入B组(n=10),特发性无精患者归入C组(n=3),选取同期25名健康体检男性作为对照组,各组均行血清T/LH、FSH、LH水平检测,比较各组检测结果。结果:45例不育症患者中FSH水平超过对照组2倍的共19例,其中中度生精障碍患者3例,重度生精障碍患者6例,不可逆性生精障碍患者10例。A、B、C三组T/LH水平均低于对照组,FSH、LH水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A、B、C三组间T/LH、FSH、LH水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);且C组LH、FSH水平均高于A、B组,C组T/LH水平均低于A、B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与健康体检男性比较,不育症患者血清FSH、LH水平升高,T/LH水平降低,血清T/LH、FSH、LH水平检测可作为判断睾丸生精功能的检测指标之一。

Objective:To explore value of serum testosterone(T)/luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),and LH levels in judgment of testicular spermatogenic function.Methods:45 patients with infertility who underwent primary infertility examinations were selected as the research objects.According to the sperm density,they were divided into group A(n=32,oligospermia),group B(n=10,severe oligospermia)and group C(n=3,idiopathic azoospermia).At the same time,25 healthy males were selected as the control group.The serum T/LH,FSH and LH levels were detected in each group.Then,the test results were compared among these groups.Results:Among the 45 patients with infertility,the FSH levels of 19 cases were more than 2 times that of the control group,including 3 patients with moderate spermatogenesis disorder,6 patients with severe spermatogenesis disorder,and 10 patients with irreversible spermatogenesis disorder.The T/LH levels of the groups A,B,and C were lower than that of the control group;the FSH and LH levels were higher than the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the T/LH,FSH and LH levels among the groups A,B and C(P>0.05).Further,the levels of LH and FSH in group C were higher than those in groups A and B;the T/LH level in group C was lower than those in groups A and B;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Compared with the healthy men of physical examination,the serum FSH and LH levels in the infertile patients increase,and the T/LH levels decrease.Therefore,the serum T/LH,FSH,LH levels can be used as one of the test indicators to judge the testicular spermatogenic function.
