阶段性心脏康复训练在心脏瓣膜置换术后患者中的应用效果

Application effects of phased cardiac rehabilitation training in patients after cardiac valve replacement

目的:观察阶段性心脏康复训练在心脏瓣膜置换术后患者中的应用效果。方法:选取68例心脏瓣膜置换术后患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各34例。对照组采取常规康复训练,观察组采取阶段性心脏康复训练,比较两组住院时间,6 min步行试验的步行距离、左心室射血分数(LVEF)和健康状况调查简表(SF-36)评分。结果:观察组住院时间为(12.1±2.3)d,明显短于对照组的(18.4±3.2)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);出院1个月后,观察组6 min步行距离长于对照组,LVEF和SF-36评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阶段性心脏康复训练应用于心脏瓣膜置换术后患者可缩短住院时间,延长6 min步行距离,提高LVEF和SF-36评分,效果优于常规康复训练。

Objective:To observe application effects of phased cardiac rehabilitation training in patients after cardiac valve replacement.Methods:68 patients after cardiac valve replacement were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,34 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional rehabilitation training,while the observation group used the phased cardiac rehabilitation training.The hospitalization time,the 6-min walk test results,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),and the short form health survey(SF-36)score were compared between the two groups.Results:The hospitalization time in the observation group was(12.1±2.3)days,which was significantly shorter than the control group of(18.4±3.2)days,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).One month after being discharged from the hospital,the 6-min walking distance of the observation group was longer than that of the control group;the scores of LVEF and SF-36 were higher than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The phased cardiac rehabilitation training applied to the patients after heart valve replacement can shorten the hospitalization time,increase the 6-min walking distance,and improve the LVEF and SF-36 scores.Moreover,it is superior to conventional rehabilitation training.
