双向质量反馈模式在剖宫产产妇护理中的应用效果

Application effects of two-way quality feedback mode in nursing of parturients after cesarean section

目的:观察双向质量反馈模式在剖宫产产妇护理中的应用效果。方法:选取102例剖宫产产妇为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各51例。对照组应用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上应用双向质量反馈模式护理,比较两组术后康复指标(首次排气时间、首次下床活动时间和住院时间)水平、并发症发生率和护理满意度。结果:观察组术后首次排气时间、首次下床活动时间和住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为5.88%,明显低于对照组的21.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为92.16%,明显高于对照组的76.47%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:双向质量反馈模式应用于剖宫产产妇护理中,可缩短产妇术后首次排气时间、首次下床活动时间和住院时间,降低并发症发生率,提高护理满意度。

Objective:To observe application effects of two-way quality feedback mode in nursing of parturients after cesarean section.Methods:102 cases of cesarean section were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,while the observation group was given the two-way quality feedback nursing on the basis of that of the control group.The levels of postoperative recovery indicators(first exhaust time,first out-of-bed time,and hospitalization time),the complication rate and the nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results:The first exhaust time,the first out-of-bed time,and the hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was 5.88%,which was significantly lower than 21.57%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 92.16%,which was significantly higher than 76.47%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The application of the two-way quality feedback model in the nursing of the parturients after cesarean section can shorten first exhaust time,the first out-of-bed time,and the hospitalization time,reduce the complication rate,and improve the nursing satisfaction degree.
