摘要
针对校企协同开展毕业设计组织和管理过程中的责、权、利分配问题,本文提出一种新工科背景下产、学合作指导本科生毕业设计的"导师组"模式,校企抽调专班形成"导师组"共同指导学生完成选题、开题、中期检查和答辩等关键环节,其中题目的审核、格式的规范、过程化管理和技术性指导都由导师组内各成员专门负责,毕业设计指导工作量的分配据此进行微调。"导师组"的毕业设计组织模式将紧耦合的校企合作模式贯穿学生管理、专业指导、过程和质量管理全过程,是校企协同育人培养模式中的重要一环,进一步细化产、教融合开展毕业设计指导中的职责和权力,为新工科背景下的工程型专门人才的校企协同培养提供可借鉴的毕业设计组织模式。
Due to the distribution of responsibilities,rights and benefits in the process of school-enterprise cooperation in the management of graduation design,this paper puts forward a"tutors group"mode of school-enterprise cooperation to guide undergraduate graduation design under the background of new engineering.School enterprises set up special team to form a"tutors group"to guide jointly the undergraduate to complete key periods,such as topic selection,topic opening,mid-term inspection and defense.Tutors group shall be responsible for the topic verification,the thesis'standardization,process management and technical guidance,thus salary of graduation design guidance is fine tuned accordingly.The graduation design organization mode of"tutors group"runs the tightly coupled school-enterprise cooperation mode through the whole process of student management,professional guidance,process and quality management.It is an important link in the school-enterprise collaborative education and cultivating mode,and further refines the responsibilities and rights in the school-enterprise collaborative education in the guidance of graduation design,it provides a graduation design organization mode for the school-enterprise collaborative cultivating of engineering professionals under the background of new engineering.
