随着互联网技术的不断发展与更新,网络元素能应用的区域不断扩大,网络元素在促进社会发展的同时,也被部分不法分子所利用,进行新型网络犯罪,主要有黑客攻击,网络传销等。针对新型网络犯罪,电子数据成为指控该种犯罪的重要证据。本文主要针对新型网络犯罪展开,简述电子数据网络在线提取,同时就相关法律适用进行阐述,针对网络在新提取多场景下应用进行分析。

With the continuous development and update of Internet technology,this area that network elements can respond to expand constantly.While promoting social development,network elements are also used by some lawbreakers to carry out new network crimes,including mainly the hacker attacks and online pyramid schemes etc.In view of the new network crime,electronic data becomes the important evidence to accuse this kind of crime.This paper focuses mainly on the new network crime,describes briefly the online network extraction of electronic data,and expounds the application of relevant laws,and analyzes the application of network in the new extraction of multiple scenarios.
