摘要
中国地域辽阔、历史悠久,不同地域的不同风貌都能衍生出多元丰富的文化宝藏,也为我国纪录片创作提供了源源不断的内容素材。近年来,我国众多美食纪录片均收获了不俗的口碑,其所呈现的饮食文化景观系统展演了各地的地域文化元素,成为保护与传承地域文化多样性的典型影像范例。文章选取具有地域特性的国产美食纪录片作品进行分析,总结出这些纪录片中地域文化的呈现与传播方式:通过平民化视角探寻民生风貌,使用参与式观察找寻地域风味,增添特色声音展示地域民俗,挖掘标志性符号建构地域文化。以期抛砖引玉,为其他同类型纪录片提供借鉴和参考作用。
China has a vast territory and a long history,and the different landscapes of different regions can give rise to diverse and rich cultural treasures,which also provide a constant source of content material for the creation of Chinese documentaries.In recent years,many of China’s food documentaries have gained a good reputation,and the food culture landscape they present systematically exhibits the regional cultural elements of each region,becoming a typical image example of preserving and passing on regional cultural diversity.In this paper,Chinese food documentaries with regional characteristics are selected to analyze and summarize the ways in which regional culture is presented and disseminated:exploring people’s livelihoods through a civilian perspective,using participatory observation to find regional flavors,adding distinctive voices to showcase regional folklore,and tapping iconic symbols to construct regional culture.It is hoped that the research be served as a reference for other documentaries of the same genre.
