新时代高校大学生辅导员是践行和落实思想政治教育工作的主体实施者,在我国高等教育体系中大学生辅导员工作存在不同程度的认识偏差,随着我国社会经济的发展变化,大学生辅导员工作需要从大学生日常行为规范、学习科研与发展、就业规划与心理健康等各个方面,有重点地开展大学生辅导员思想政治教育工作,这项工作既是高等教育中重要的一环,同时对于大学生辅导员这一职业也有完善和系统性的要求,新时代的大背景下,在党中央带领全国各族人民实现中华民族伟大复兴的道路上,必然有大学生辅导员的贡献,而做好大学生辅导员工作必须结合实际,以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,对新时代大学生辅导员工作中遇到的一些普遍性问题进行分析,不断增强大学生辅导员这个职业发展的驱动力,提升专业化发展水平。

College student counselors in the new era are the main implementers of practicing and implementing ideological and political education.There are different degrees of cognitive biases in the work of college student counselors in China’s higher education system.With the development and change of China’s social economy,college student counselors need to focus on the ideological and political education of college student counselors from all aspects of college students’daily behavior norms,learning scientific research and development,employment planning and mental health.This work is not only an important part of higher education,but also has perfect and systematic requirements for college student counselors.Under the background of the new era,college student counselors must contribute to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation led by the CPC Central Committee.The work of college student counselors must be combined with the actual situation,guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,to analyze some common problems encountered in the work of college student counselors in the new era,so as to constantly enhance the driving force of professional development and improve the level of professional development.
