芹菜叶斑病抗性杂种优势及亲子相关分析 被引量:1

摘要 以对叶斑病具有抗感差异的4个芹菜CMS不育系和6个自交系以及利用它们杂交配制获得的17个杂种F_(1)为试材,对其叶斑病田间发病情况进行实地调查,计算相应病情指数和相对抗病性指数,分析芹菜叶斑病抗性杂种优势与亲子相关性。结果表明:芹菜对叶斑病抗性存在一定的杂种优势,其中超中优势表现多一些,超亲优势相对较少。F_(1)抗病性与高亲和双亲均值存在显著相关,母本对F_(1)的影响力强于父本。 Seventeen celery hybrids were obtained by crossing four CMS lines and six inbred lines with different resistance to early blight of celery(Cercospora apii Fres.).Field investigation was carried out on the incidence of early blight.The disease index and relative resistance index were calculated to analyze the heterosis and parent-offspring correlation of disease resistance in celery.The results showed that there was a certain heterosis of resistance to early blight,in which the over mid-parent heterosis was more than the over better-parent.The RRI of F_(1) is significantly correlated with that of better-parents and mid-parents,and the influence on F_(1) of the female was stronger than the male.
